Open House Flodesk Package
Automate your open house sign-in and follow-up with our Flodesk package! We will create an image with a QR code that your open house guests can scan. This QR code will take them to an aesthetic sign-in form where they will enter their name and email plus indicate whether or not they are working with an agent. We will also set up two separate workflows to follow up with the guest - one workflow for those guests working with an agent and another for those that do not already have an agent.
The workflow for guests that are working with an agent will be a simple follow-up with information about the house you were holding open (you will then unsubscribe this guest from your database so they don’t get any additional emails from you since they already have an agent). The workflow for guests that do not have an agent will be set up to try to capture them as leads for you.
After the initial set-up, you can either customize the forms, QR code, and workflows yourself, or we offer a customization option (this is only available to clients that have paid for our initial set-up).
