In accordance with Commission Position Statement 20, our fee cannot be contingent upon the success of the transaction. For Buyer, Seller, or Transaction Broker (Double Sided) files, $50 is due if the contract terminates at or before the appraisal resolution date. $250 is due if the contract terminates between the appraisal resolution date and the closing date. The full amount is due once the file has been completed and sent to the agent and/or their compliance department.
Additionally, if your contract terminates before the file has been completed, TwinTC will offer a $50 credit if you open a file with us for that same client within 6 months of the first contract terminating.

Listing Marketing Package $150
If you purchase 2 packages, you will receive a $25 discount. If you purchase all three packages, you will receive a $50 discount.
The Listing Marketing Package will have additional service fees based on the distance from the property location to Johnstown, Colorado.
-If the property address is within 30 miles of Johnstown, there will be no service fee.
-If the property address is between 30 and 50 miles from Johnstown, there will be a $25 service fee.
-If the property address is between 50 and 70 miles from Johnstown, there will be a $50 service fee.
-We cannot take orders for the Listing Marketing Package if the property address is more than 70 miles from Johnstown, Colorado.
