Listing Transactions

  • Create file with client information

  • Gather seller disclosures and documents

  • Collect HOA documents and any other applicable documents

  • Record, send, and track dates and deadlines

  • Communication with co-op agent to ensure the file stays on track to close

  • Draft documents at direction of agent

  • Verify that file is compliant with documents and signatures

  • Assist with scheduling closing and final walkthrough

  • Confirm closing and funding

  • Provide completed file to agent and office compliance team

Listing Input

  • Pull available info about listing from public record

  • Request additional information from listing agent in order to input listing correctly

  • Set up showing service

  • Receive photos from listing agent and upload to MLS

  • Proof-read and suggest edits and improvements to listing description

Transaction Broker Transactions (Double Sided)

  • Create file with both parties’ information

  • Gather seller disclosures and documents

  • Collect HOA documents and any other applicable documents

  • Record, send, and track dates and deadlines

  • Verify that file is compliant with documents and signatures
